Photo & QR Upload
How do I upload photos from my phone using the QR code?
Click any photo frame on a spread (or the “Add Photos → Add from your phone” button) and scan the QR code with your iPhone or Android camera. You can select multiple photos from your phone camera roll and beam them directly into your book.

Can I customize the cover, stickers, and page backgrounds?
Yes! In the Design Studio, you can choose from 5 cover layouts (including our 3-photo fanned collage cover), drag in 60+ illustrated stickers from the left Stickers tab, and customize paper themes or individual page background colors from the right dock.

How does the Autofill button work?
Clicking “Autofill” in the Photos panel fills any empty photo frames on your current spread and existing pages first, and then automatically creates new spreads for any remaining unused photos.

How long does printing and delivery take?
Printed hardcovers are bound on 170gsm archival paper within 3–4 business days and shipped via tracked express courier, arriving in 7–10 business days worldwide.

What if my printed book arrives with a defect?
Every printed keepsake is covered by our quality guarantee. If there is any printing or binding imperfection, send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we will reprint and ship a replacement free of charge.
